All bedrooms have colour TV, DVD/CD Players, Hair Dryers, DD Phones, Clock radio, alarm clocks.

Upstairs Bedrooms, 8 in total:

4 x Kingsize Bedrooms: all fully en-suite with showers. These 4 front facing bedrooms all have 6ft Kingsize beds, balconies, bay windows and sofas overlooking the gardens. 21" TV, DVD/CD Players, Hair Dryers, DD Phones, Clock radio, alarm clocks. The sofas also fold out if required.

2 x Queen/Twin Bedrooms: both fully en-suite with showers. Bedrooms are to rear of home, and have 1 x 5ft Queen bed and 1 x full bed each, both beds have memory foam mattress` and both rooms have 21" TV, DVD/CD Players, Hair Dryers, DD Phones, Clock radio, alarm clocks.

1 x Queen bedroom: large en-suite with Bathtub/ shower. Smallest of the en-suite bedrooms, it has a 5ft Queen bed with memory foam mattress and is equipped with TV, DVD/CD player, Hair Dryer, DD Phone, Clock radio, alarm clock.

1 x standard single bedroom: Whilst not en-suite this bedroom is very suitable for teens etc. Bedroom has 1 x single bed, wash hand basin, TV, Hair Dryer, DD Phone, Clock Radio, alarm clock.

Downstairs Bedrooms: 2 in total.

1 x Queen Bedroom, Fully en-suite with shower, 5ft Queen bed with Memory Foam Mattress, Bay window with sofa overlooking garden, 21" TV, DVD/CD player, Hair Dryer, DD Phone, Clock Radio, alarm clock.

1 x King bedroom at rear of home, off dining room: Fully en-suite with Bathtub/Shower. 6ft King bed, TV, DVD/CD player, Hair Dryer, Clock Radio, Alarm Clock.

The room layout above sleeps 19 comfortably. However, if your group consists of more than 19, please let us know on Booking, as to how you would like the extra Guest numbers to be arranged in bedrooms.

i.e. the Queen/Twin bedrooms will take 4 and some of the front King bedrooms will also take 3/4 etc.

Bedrooms are fully dressed on arrival, and all beds have duvets as well as spare duvets and extra pillows in wardrobes.

Quality Hand / Bath Towels are provided and included in booking rates.

Cots/Cribs are available and if you require, just let us know prior to arrival.
